For companies and organizations who want to maximize their teambuilding investment, we offer our 360 Viewpoint program.
360 Viewpoint is our deep event-customization program. For a program to be most effective, 360 Teambuilding must understand what’s going to work for your particular situation. We need to diagnose and do an in-depth analysis of your current team culture.
360 Teambuilding has created a formula that takes the initial pulse of the group, and creates a dynamic, multi-event program that focuses on the issues & obstacles facing your team. While you can realize gains from a single event, the benefits from a longer-term, focused approach are more dramatic & durable. Throughout the 3 or 4 event program we’ll continue to survey the participants, obtaining insight and feedback, which allows us to modify or enhance the program as needed.
First, we help you select an appropriate program or series of programs for your people. This is part of the standard 360 Teambuilding approach, and you get the same level of service when you purchase any of our programs.
Once we’ve settled on your program(s), next we conduct a series of pre-event surveys of your organization. Our goal is to understand your culture and the issues you face. Some of these surveys are anonymous so your team members can share details without fear. We also talk with key team leadership about specific issues they want to address through the teambuilding program.

Once we’ve conducted the pre-event survey, we customize our standard programs in such a way that your Viewpoint issues are more directly addressed.
There are five phases to our system, beginning with the initial discovery phase where we learn about the group’s mission and challenges, and ending with a final examination of the team members’ perceived impact.
1. Discovery
a. Initial interviews with key managers & team leaders to get a top-down perception of the overall state of affairs.
b. 360 Viewpoint surveys will be customized to address client-specific concerns. An initial survey will provide invaluable data for subsequent planning.
2. Program Development
a. 360 Teambuilding will produce report based on the Discovery segment.
b. Through consultation we’ll devise a multi-event program that will appeal to the participants and address the challenges specific to this team.
3. Program Implementation
a. The first event will act as an introduction & ice-breaking event with a social focus.
b. Subsequent events will introduce workshops & activities intended to showcase issues & solutions, establishing a “toolbox” of new team skills.
c. The last event will bring the program full circle by showcasing successes.
4. Perception Research
a. Surveys taken throughout the program will provide a window into the team’s growth & development.
b. A final survey taken after the program’s conclusion to measure the effectiveness of the overall program and highlight the longer term benefits – “straight from the horses’ mouths.”
5. Final Presentation
a. 360 Teambuilding will prepare a final report that contains all statistical data collected and a detailed analytical perspective.
